Cancellation & Refund
Once the a batch is ordered via online/offline it can't be refunded.
Products can only be exchanged in exemptions if there's any kind of major issues found as per the given customisation ordered by clients.
Clients can inform or raise a concern about the defective within 10 days of order delivery.
Clients can change/cancel the order details only if the required quality is not available as per mentioned in product details.
30 days return & exchange offer is not applicable in customised bulk orders.
Tax Invoice is mandatory at the time of return & replacements of defective products.
