Nineteen Made
Terms & Conditions
Cardboard patterns, screen-printing frames, and other production-specific tools created for customised orders are non-transferable to clients, even if the client has paid for their preparation. These patterns and frames are developed using specialised craftsmanship, technical expertise, and production skills, and therefore remain the intellectual and physical production assets of Nineteen Made. Such items will remain with Nineteen Made and may be retained and reused exclusively for the same client's future production requirements, where applicable. They will not be handed over, transferred, or released to the client under any circumstances.
Advance Payment Terms:
1. A minimum advance payment of 50%–70% is mandatory before processing any bulk order, depending on the order requirements and agreed terms.
2. For job-work bulk orders, a minimum 50% advance payment is mandatory before production begins.
3. For sampling and sample development orders, 100% advance payment is mandatory before the order is processed.
Payments for bulk orders must be cleared in full before dispatch of the order. For approved credit orders, payment must be cleared within 20 days of final production completion, as communicated by Nineteen Made. Clients are required to arrange pickup of the finished goods within the agreed timeline to avoid delays in delivery or additional charges. Late payments may attract additional charges. A late payment fee of 1% per day on the total outstanding order value may be charged until the payment is fully cleared. In case of non-payment, Nineteen Made reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to sell, dispose of, or otherwise utilise customised products that remain unpaid, to recover outstanding amounts and associated losses.
GST invoices will be issued as per applicable Government of India tax regulations.
Sampling and development charges may or may not be adjusted against the final bulk order value, depending on the nature and terms of the order.
Providing a GST certificate is not mandatory for placing a bulk order with Nineteen Made, subject to applicable tax and invoicing requirements.
Nineteen Made reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings in the event of non-payment, breach of agreed terms, or any other inconvenience, loss, or misconduct caused by the client. Any reasonable legal, recovery, or related costs incurred for such action may be recoverable from the client, subject to applicable law.
In cases of prolonged or unresolved non-payment, Nineteen Made reserves the right to issue a public notice or press release regarding outstanding payments, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Nineteen Made will maintain the confidentiality and security of clients' personal and contact information and will not disclose such information except where legally required or permitted.
A minimum delivery charge of ₹2,000 may apply to bulk orders, except for deliveries within Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and Ghaziabad. Clients may also self-pick up completed orders from the designated Nineteen Made facility to avoid applicable delivery charges.
24-hour delivery is not guaranteed and may or may not be available depending on order quantity, production requirements, fabric availability, customisation, workload, and logistics. Any 24-hour delivery commitment must be specifically confirmed by Nineteen Made in writing.
