Cardboard patterns & screen print frames are non-transferable to clients, even though client’s are paying for them for the production of their own customised products.

Late payments for bulk order may/not leads to extra charges, if not paid within 20 days of final production.

Please note that a daily late fee of 1% of the total uncleared order value will be charged.

Nineteen Made reserves the right to sell off customised products that remain unpaid, at their discretion, to recover the losses.

GST Invoice is mandatory as per the Indian Govt. tax regulations.

Sampling charges may/not be adjustable (in final order), if order received within 4 days of samples received by clients.

GST certificate is not mandatory to place any bulk orders.

Nineteen Made reserves the right to take required legal steps in case of no payment of bills or any kind of inconvenience caused by clients. Clients will incur the same legal charges.

Nineteen Made reserves the right to press release about unpaid clients (Personal details & contact details of clients will always be safe with us).

Minimum delivery charges ₹2000, except: Delhi, Noida, Gurugram & Ghaziabad. Clients can self pickup the finished goods to avoid delivery charges by Nineteen Made.
