To initiate your order, you'll first pay a token amount of 1% of the total order value. This secures your order and allows us to connect you for the next step.

Once this 1% token payment is made, you have a 7-day window to review your order details. If, within these 7 days, you decide you're not satisfied or wish to cancel, you can do so, and we will fully refund your 1% token payment.

During the initial 7-day cancellation window, you will be prompted to make a further payment of 50% of the total order value.

Please be aware: Once this 50% payment is made, it becomes strictly non-refundable. This means that after this point, should you choose to cancel your order, neither the 50% payment nor the initial 1% token payment will be refunded.
